The Charter signatories

The mode of governance of the Factory provides the conditions for a rapid evolution in the number of allies. Thus, between January and June 2020, the number of allies jumped from 20 to 200 organisations, not counting a few hundred individual signatories to the Charter.

The signing of the Charter is a commitment:

  • to contribute to the constitution of a common bank of rigorously documented experiences ;
  • to pool the methodological experience of allies, contributing to the gradual consolidation of systemic change engineering;
  • to pool the reflection documents that make it possible to renew the vision of the territories and their governance and to call on the other levels of governance, the regions, the State and the European Union;
  • to clarify the field of activity of each one and the competences which result from it and which can be pooled between all the allies, in the service of the territories which express the need for it;
  • to specify the way in which each one intends to get involved in the Factory, with its contributions and expectations;
  • to inform the other allies of the initiatives taken, with a view to involving those who wish to do so.

This clarification of commitments is the subject of the allies’ directory. It has a dual purpose: internal, to seek every opportunity for synergy; external, to show the collective potential of the Factory.
